It was commenced last December 26, 2009 held at Ate Jeng's place.  As what they've said, "SHARE YOUR BLESSINGS" to those in need and everyone in the family participated in this program...

Here are my Tta's getting ready for the gift-giving

Tta Nene (left most on the pic) - she's giving away boxes of cookies and money for each family

Hubby's sister Haidee and Eugene recently got married and i want to share some photos taken from our camera. They came home from US two months ago and they decided to finally tie the knot before they go back to US in January. I do not know how they do it but the wedding was absolutely perfect. The guest are mostly came from both sides of the family.

Hubby and I are the extra photographer aside from the professional photographers...

what keeps tami busy?

Tami shows interest in school things like pen and paper, scissor etc. and i gave her the coloring book my cousin sent for her a year ago and she was excited to fill in the empty pictures inside.

This things keeps tami very busy...

Look at the page she work on, you'll notice that she only use pink color to cover the whole pic but its ok with me because she's only 3 years old. She can't do it perfectly, right?

Our christmas gifts

I started wrapping the gifts 2 days ago and until now i am not yet done with the gifts. I am hoping to finish this all before midnight so i can start distributing some to our household members.

Merry Christmas everyone!

S&R Macapagal branch

After buying Collezione at greenbelt, we drop-by at Starbucks to buy our favorite frap and then we went to S&R Macapagal to buy drinks for Christmas and to buy chocolates that will be distributed to the kids during our Outreach/Xmas party. This S&R branch are jampacked with shoppers, buying grocery and some goods for the holiday season.

Waiting for our turn at the cashier. We didn't stay too long because its already late..

I was so hungry then...There are also lots of people dining in at the food court of S&R.

There are no seats available.. it always happen during this holiday season when people are cramming to shop.

Dinner? what else but pizza. I love the pizza here, the portions are huge..for only P549.00. As much as i want to take a pic of the pizza, my celfone got low batt.

I love going to S&R, they have lots of choices here and i love buying in bulk here...Costco style...

Map of the Philippines at Collezione

Yesterday, i asked Kuya bing to accompany me in buying Collezione shirt for the three of us. After office i fetched kuya bing in his office then we went to Greenbelt to shop.

Collezione outlet - The famous shirt in town that has Philippine map was designed by Rhett Eala

Kuya bing make chika with the sales staff, they already know him because he always bought in this shop. Everytime our relatives from the US request for Collezione, he always go for this outlet because the sales staff are very accomodating and attentive to details.

I bought 3 pcs of Collezione with the Philippine map. The pink one is for hubby, the green stripes for me (i always go for the men's size because i dont want the fit of the women sizes, even with Lacoste and Folded and Hung, i always bought the men size for me). The blue one is for tami.

You can get the discount card so everytime you buy in Collezione, a 10% discount will be deducted from the total of your purchase. On how to get the discount card, you have to accumulate worth P15,000 worth of Collezione products.

About the price, the polo shirt that i bought costs P675.00 only and for the kids its P499.00.

I want to collect this!

Fast-food: Andoks

Last Sunday, my uncle called if hubby and i can accompany him to PC Express and he will buy desktop pc for his kids and he requested hubby to choose the right specs for the pc because he knows nothing regarding computer, So after we had our merienda (4pm) we went to his office and off we went to Alabang.

at PC express Alabang

We keep on talking while waiting because there are lots of customers inside the store and it keeps us boring. After waiting for more than hours, finally the desktop PC was released. While on our way home, we were talking in the car on where to chow down for our dinner. Instead of going to SM Center, we saw the newly-opened Andoks beside the city hall and we decided to try it.

The newly-opened Andoks. When you're outside you'll notice first that the place is so spacious, i guess it can accomodate more than a hundred people and it is a non-airconditioned place.

The counter area where you will place your order. There are lots of choices from the board, there's also meal for students and they also served their specialty, the grilled chicken. Since it already 9pm, we ordered the ready meal.

Porkchop meal  P47.00

Grilled Liempo Meal P70.00

For only P200.00, you can fill your tummy with yummy foods.

Atm during holidays

We still have 2 more days before christmas and we employees anticipate that lots of ATM machines are offline or sometimes loaded during holidays. Banks are ready in the next few days..

Before i go home from work, i drop by at some ATM machines to withdraw hubby's bonus from their company. Some atm machines near our office are offline and some has a very long line waiting for their turn. Since i dont have time to wait, i went to SM Makati because i know that SM malls has lots of BDO machine and i was surprised that there's also line of people with every machine. I have nothing to do but to wait for my turn.

My advise to those people who plan to withdraw in some ATM machine during this holiday season, prepare yourself and expect long line or look for other available ATM machines.

i was waiting for my turn in this BDO ATM machine in SM Makati.

Halo Products

When we were in MOA, i passed by at this outlet called Halo. At first, i thought it was the Golla but when you take a closer look the name of the brand is Halo. It is the same with Golla, their products from cellphone pouch to laptop bags. The materials are also the same with Golla.

The digicam pouch...

Our company's xmas party

The Groovy 70's was our company's theme this year so everyone or some of employees obviously wearing their best 70's. Our company occupied the whole 3rd floor (functions 1 to 5) of SMX Convention center and the place was jampacked with party people. One of the highlights of the party is the Retrospect as our guest aside from the fabulous raffle for this year. Despite the recession, our company still gives us the best christmas / year-end party.

The token that was given to each employee upon registration.

Inside the party venue, it was really fabulous.

with some of my previous teammates

Maki - appetizer

My first plate. We had a sumptuous dinner served by the VS&F Classic Food International catering and mind you the food was really delicious and its an eat-it-all-you can food.

Retrospect was the guest for this year's party. They just did a two-hour show which makes us sing and dance on the dance floor.

with ayen and cris drinking Pseudo Margarita (my fave cocktail drink)

Team elmer - my previous team

After the party (around 12am), we took some photos as a remembrance of our year-end party.

That day was really fantastic, fabulous and tiring but all worth it.

Things to do in the next few days (incase i forgot)

Come weekend, i have so many things to do. I love long weekends because it gives me time for my family and also gives opportunity to do some errands. I filed my remaining vacation leave to finish all my pending work because Christmas is approaching very fast and i only have little time to finish all task assigned to me.

I listed my schedule on my blog in case i forgot the things i need to do.

12/18 Friday (VL): My sister-in-law's wedding. After  months of preparation, finally they will tie the knot tomorrow in a simple wedding ceremony in Nature church and come January they'll be back in US for their work.

12/19 Saturday: Team xmas party (still dont know the venue but my supervisor is suggesting an overnight stay at Astoria Plaza Hotel). I dont know if i can make it because its also hubby's team xmas party and i want to bring Tami to MOA and watch the Lights Parade. Think! Think! Think! (haha..parang nanonood lang ng Winnie the Pooh cartoon!)

12/20 Sunday: I have to look over the net and call for a reservation on an Eat-all-you-can Restaurant in Tagaytay for our Family's xmas Party on dec25 (good for 30 to 40 people). If you know a place aside from Josephines, Antonio's and Tagaytay Highlands, please let me know.

12/21 Monday (VL): I need to shop for our outreach program/xmas party in Laguna. Kuya bing and I are sharing the cost and we are the one assigned for the kids because my tta's will be the one to give gifts for each family. We plan of giving loot bags to kids. I need to prepare 70 to 100pcs lootbags..

12/22 Tuesday: Work

12/23 Wednesday (VL): Need to finish the loot bags, need to go to mall to do some bank errands. I have lots of gifts to wrap for my relatives and inaanaks..(hope i can finish it all)

12/24 Thursday: Work

12/25 Friday: It's Christmas time and we have no work! Yehey!

12/26 Saturday: Xmas party / Outreach Program in Laguna

Holiday season keeps us busy and in this time, all malls and bazaars are jampacked with shoppers in preparation for christmas. The traffic in all areas are chaotic. Budgeting of expenses are really hard in this time unlike before when i was young, im not thinking of what to buy but thinking of what to receive and what to wear during xmas day. hehe.. Now that im working and have family, i need to stretch my peso in order to give all my loved ones a present. Thus holiday season makes us happy and its the season to reunite with families and friends....After all, what's important is the reason for the season.

SM Mall of Asia's Lights Parade

SM Mall of Asia celebrates Grand Festival Lights Parade for this Holiday season every Saturday at 6.30pm before the Fireworks. Since we were there already, we were able to watch the said parade. We managed to catch the start of the parade and my niece CJ is enjoying the view because of the characters and the lights of the parade.

What good about this parade is aside from the float, there are group of 10 or more than people dancing in between the floats so it was really entertaining and charming enough especially with the choreography. Some floats represents some of the establishments or sponsors of SM and they are so cool.

Here are some pics. Sorry i only used my celfone so expect some blurry photos...

Hasbro float

Kidz Republic as they promote their establishment..

It was fun watching this parade...

You can still catch this parade on Saturday so mark your calendar for this event.
