Our Simple Home

Like what i've mentioned, we transferred to a two-storey townhouse/apartment as our home until such time that we have our own house. We are still on the process of designing our simple home but since my cousins in US kept bugging me to post some pictures of our home, now here it is:

Last weekend, we bought christmas decor for our sala and im thinking of a blue and gold motiff for christmas.. Is it nice?

This was our entertainment area on the sala, adjacent to the lcd was the Narra set, on the right side near the electric fan was the main door.. And here is our lcd tv and home entertainment system, since the right side of the sala was bare, we put the 6 ft. christmas tree there, I am planning to buy a console table for that area (right side) so i can put photo frames of our family and other display..

The computer table was supposed to be in our bedroom but the PLDT contractor attached the telephone socket near the stairs, thats why we need to place the computer beside the stairs unless hubby decides to buy long wire to connect the phone line up to our room..

The white door that is open was the CR, this house has only 1 cr, i wasnt able to take some photos of the CR and the dirty kitchen because i took this at around 7pm and i feel so sleepy.

This is the Narra set courtesy of my mother-in-law, Hubby wants to buy Sala set because the Sala was spacious and he wants a comfortable sofa where he can doze off whenever he feels sleepy while playing computer games.

This is the dining area. The close white door is leading to our dirty kitchen and laundry area. Were still not done designing this area.

This is our bedroom. Unfortunately, hindi namin magamit yung frame ng bed namin kasi hindi kasya sa stairs, We have a queen size bed and only single or maybe double bed lang yung kasya.. Our bed frame remained in hubbys room in my in-laws house. Im planning to buy a table because i want to have a mini office set-up and a wall mirror.

Since the house has a small built-in cabinet, we bought another cabinet for our clothes, Before we transfer, inayos ko pa yung mga damit namin and pinili ko lang yung talagang magagamit namin. The rest remains on our cabinet and the others was piled to one of the luggage and will be sent to laguna to give to some of my relatives.

Look at my bag stand, sobrang pili na yan.. Iniwan ko na yung iba at pinamigay yung iba kasi kailangan ng magbawas at magpalit..hehe (Bi, i know youre reading my blog, ngaun may idea ka na kung ano bibigay mo sa pasko... hehe)

This is my daughter's room, no bed frame and her yaya sleeps with her because she's afraid sleeping alone. Aside from the built-in cabinet, we bring the Orocan cabinet for tami's things, beside the orocan and the Hello Kitty tent was the container where tami put her barbies and other toys... As early as now, im teaching her how to organize and be responsible for her things.

As much as i want to buy lots of stuff for our home (considering this transfer costs us a lot already), there are so many considerations to think of like the budget right? And also i need to look for some cheap furniture.. As of this post, all the things that you see in our house is all brand new except our bed, lcd, home theater system and the computer. My mother-in-law advise us not to make any changes to the house (gusto ko kasi pa-retile) because first its not our own house and second, were living there temporarily.
