Dinner Date at Outback Steakhouse

Friday was our 4th Wedding Anniversary and Saturday was marked as hubby's 28th birthday. We chose to spend it quietly together and since we both have worked on friday and saturday, we planned it Saturday dinner at Alabang Town Center and this time at Outback Steakhouse.

Upon entering the place, we request for a table for 2 and i love the ambience of Outback Alabang, it was a little dark, and it was a good thing when it's just the two of you. Everything was clean and also i wasn't bothered with others conversation because we were busy chatting.

When our server was introduced, he was smiling all the time and i think we had the nicest waiter and he's name is Ross, he was approachable. After we ordered, he bring us the bread and butter which is free to all Outback diners.

After a couple of minutes of chatting, our orders were served...

This is hubby's order, tuscan tenderloin and he requested to cooked it medium rare. When i tried his tenderloin, it is very tender and i think its awesome in a good day.

I ordered the Spicy Seafood Linguini. This linguini is topped with a combination of prawns, oysters, squid and sun-dried tomatoes in a spicy sauce. The serving is really huge, hubby eat some of my pasta because who can really finish that whole bowl of pasta?

We also had the Seared Ahi Tuna but i can't find the picture.

When it's time for hubby to blow the candle, our server Ross, bring in something for free, hubby said its like the mudpie at TOSH and he was excited to pigout at the dessert. Outback gave it to hubby for free since it's his birthday. I think it's the choco-choco cookie in their menu. It is warm, soft, chocolate cookie topped with Vanilla Ice cream with chocolate sauce which hubby loved the most.

All i can say with the food is they are all perfectly cooked, both were excellent. The tenderloin was very good. Anyway, Outback is alright if you have some money to burn because it's really pricey! As Outback says, "No worries" because they serve good food.

It was really wonderful to spend time with hubby alone since we don't get time to spend a lot together due to our work schedules.

Happy Anniversary and Happy Birthday Be!
