Sorry for the late blog because i had to wait for some pics from my cousin's cam and December is a busy month, because a lot of parties happen in this month, shopping of gifts etc. Anyway, i still want to share what our family is doing during christmas.
December 25, 2009
We all went to Laguna as our yearly family tradition. It was supposed to be in Tagaytay pero nag-inarte ang lola ko at binago ang plano. Pero buti n lang hindi na din natuloy, we heard from my other tita that tagaytay was jampacked with people and Josephine's was the only restaurant that was open that day so all people are there dining. They've decided for family dinner in our house in Laguna.
Here are some of the food during our dinner. Our lola always cooked some of our favorite food and that's why we all look forward on what is the menu for the event.
Lumpiang Sariwa
Prawns
Adobong pusit
Lechon (sorry late ko na na-picturan kaya di na buo yung lechon)
This is us dining on the kitchen, since the long table can only occupy at least 15 persons, yung iba nakatayo na..haha..
Sobrang saya during the dinner because of the kwentuhan, tawanan and sharing some funny stories. Lola even told us na "Kung sa tagaytay tyo nag-pasko ganyan ba tyo kasaya?" O dba, panalo ang drama ni lola.. but on the other side, tama din nman because when you're eating outside with the family, first the time is limited and were 35 persons, for sure sobrang gulo when we dine in some restaurant.
After having the dessert (which i dont have pics), we continue our session inside the sala, taking pictures and gift giving. Here are some pics taken in the sala area..
Its me, actually nag-iisip ako nyan kung sino nakalimutan kong bilhan ng gift..hehe...Beside me are the gifts for me and hubby and tami...
Our midnight snack consists of Bibingka (brought by tta baby), Dinuguan, Krispy kreme doughnut, Keso de bola and bread...
We had a very Merry Christmas this year and were all thankful for all the blessings we received and for that we share this for doing an Outreach / xmas party and you can read it on my previous post...
Happy New Year everyone!
