Last night i was craving for Crispy Pata or lechon kawali.. (Hindi ako naglilihi ha..) While i was looking at my bills i saw the receipt of hubbys eyeglass that we purchased last November in ideal vision and that time, Max's has a promo for BDO card holders that everytime you purchase at least P3,000 in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Free Crispy Pata..
I informed hubby about it and we decided to eat dinner at Max just to availed the free Crispy Pata since we are the only one in the house. Tami and Yaya is in my inlaws house last night. We went to Max's near RFC at exactly 8pm and we were attended by some waiters. Bigla nman kaming nahiya kasi naka-pambahay lang kami nung pumunta dun... (Kiber ko eh kakain lang nman kami, kailangan pa bang pumorma pag kakain dba?)

When we settled to our seats, i informed the waitress that we want to avail the free crispy pata and we will order some in the menu. Before the waitress take note of our orders, she get the charge slip, my card and the receipt to check. She was gone for a few minutes.

When she came back, she informed us that our request for the free crispy pata was not granted kasi nabura daw yung date nung charge slip, hindi daw kita sa xerox copy.. I informed her that she can get the original receipt just to show the date pero hindi sila pumayag...
So i was dissapointed dahil hindi nmen na-avail yung free crispy pata and ang dala ko lang pera that time is P600.00 only.. (buti may dala pa kong cash). What we did n lang is we order on their meal.. Kainis talaga..
Hubbys order..
I ordered the Fiesta Meal.. Second dissapointment was when the food was served, parang hindi ka mabubusog sa food. Why? Sobrang liit ng chicken, yung rice sobrang lagkit as in sobra, at yung lumpia which was my favorite was really bland kahit may sauce na..
Parang minadali yung preparation nung food namin, to think na 8pm pa lang that time..
Well, sana until now sarap to the bones pa rin dba?
Sorry ha..pero hindi ko talaga nagustuhan last night yung food sa Max's.. And na-dissapoint din ako for not having the crispy pata :(
Hubby just told me na when we go to market this coming weekend, we'll just cook Crispy Pata in our house for dinner :)
