Anniversary Date in Burgoo

On the day of our anniversary (Sunday), hubby and I went to MOA because i bought my gift to him. Aside from that, we also celebrate it by dining in Burgoo.

For me, Burgoo is just like TGIF which is American type casual restaurant that serves American way (huge portion of meals).

Burgoo Menu

Since its our first time in Burgoo, we had to ask our server of their best-sellers and hoping that we made the right choice of orders...

I like the table set up wherein kids and kids at heart will not get bored because the paper on top of your table is actually blank paper like cartolina and you can doodle there using crayons.

We went there almost in time for lunch, the restaurant was a little packed with diners. Luckily we were able to secure a table beside a window glass with a comfortable couch. Wala pa kaming masyadong tulog nyan because of his birthday party.

Our drinks

Calamansi juice for me and Green Mango shake for hubby

Extra Supreme Nachos

Seafood Jambalaya (Regular)

Grilled Porkchops (Large)

Hubby enjoying his favorite grilled porkchops.

I dont know kung anong meron sa grilled porkchops at gustong-gusto nya yun. Since college and everytime we had a date, TGIF was our restaurant-to-go-to and grilled porkchops was his comfort food aside from the burgers while i chose to have cajun chicken finger. Waaa... bigla ko tuloy na-miss ang tgif :(

Anyway, back to Burgoo topic. Service was really fast and i dont have complain with the servers because they were very polite and attentive. Quality of food is really good. American food at its best where quality, preparation and presentation are top notch. We made the right choice of asking the server their best sellers. Needless to say, we went out with really full and satisfied stomachs.
