Banco de Oro: BDO rewards

The letter that im waiting for almost a year has finally arrive and it's was on tami's name.

I went to BDO together with the letter and our passbooks. So super explain sila sken kung bakit sobrang delay na nung BDO rewards tapos mali pa yung info. I opened tami's account last march 2008 pa and ngaun lang dumating yung letter, sayang nman yung points for bank transaction during the year. tsk. tsk.

After checking our accounts, inexplain n lang sken nung isang marketing agent kung ano yung bdo rewards card etc etc.. nkakainis pa dun since ako din nman yung signatory ni tami, isasama lang pla yung points ng account ni tami sa account ko.. yun lang pla pinatagal pa nila...to sum it all, im going to have 1 card for all our accounts in BDO.

fun day at SM Southmall Storyland

Friday. I was absent from work. I and tami went to SM to play at Storyland since Badz was still in the office. I bought 2 ride all-you-can tag for just me and tami.

We ride as much as we can but since tami didn't understand what ride-all you-can means, after riding each, we didn't get the chance to ride again because tami keeps on saying "tapos na oh". So yun, isang ride lang kami sa bawat isang ride.

After the train, balik ulit kami sa loob ng storyland and nag-ride kami sa roller coaster. D2 sya natakot.. nakatakip ang mata and she's shouting STOP! STOP!... After the roller coaster, we eat at Jollibee then shop.

After bringing tami home (4pm), i called My Spa for an appointment, i want steam bath and massage. I tried their VIP room and here is the pic, no difference from the regular massage room, the only thing is you have your own cr, shower room and bath tub..

health update...

Yesterday (saturday), i went to Casa Medica for my follow-up check up and let my doctor read the results of my ultrasound and laboratory tests.

My doctor sked is 3pm t0 5pm. Grabe and tagal nya. 4pm na hindi pa sya dumadating and im her 7th of 10th patients! kainis...

While waiting, lumabas muna ko to buy coffee..

4:10pm, the doctor arrives and when it's my turn:

Findings: i have normal thyroid

After some discussion and possibilities, the doctor talk to me about this because she's not convinced with the results so she asks me if i want to have a second opinion to most reliable hospital, Asian hospital. I agree with her, she gave me referral and letter for my thyroid lab tests and ultrasound. Then i left the clinic.

I drop by the SM Storyland to sign-up for Tami's membership. Gusto ko yung perks nya pati sa mga birthday packages.

Membership fee = P250.00

After at Storyland, i go to Our Home to look for bed. Im planning to buy bed after our trip to Bohol. Gusto ko na sanang bumili na kaso dami nmin gastos ngaun.. hinabol ko sa booking si tami sa PAL kasi kasama nmen si CJ kaya pinasama ni tta baby si tami. Buti n lang PAL give me until July 4 for the confirmation of bookings. Tami's fare is P3,250... wala man lang discount kasi toddler nman.. Sabi nila same fare lang daw ng adult yun..saka promo fare na daw yan...

bye toshiba!

Just want to say goodbye to our toshiba laptop. i went to manila to check the price of the toshiba lcd so we can replace the lcd but heck! its P12,000...wag n lang!

my brother texted me to send this to laguna, kanya n lang daw kasi may friend yata sya na gumagawa ng laptop. He'll try this with his friend...

1st time fight...

Hubby and i had an argument yesterday. The reason was is i escolded tami. My daughter is really a spoiled brat and i can't do anything because my husband treats her like she's still a baby and he gets pissed off at me when i try to do something that will discipline her.

aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

ouch!

I HATE NEEDLES!!!

Eversince i can remember, i would put up a fight going to the doctor to get a shot, yet for some reason, I still went through with this. Yeah, i was total chicken shit and im pretty sure that im not the only one whose afraid of these thing!

Yesterday was my schedule for getting a shot, the doctor needs to check my thyroid so i don't have a choice but to go there and undergo some laboratory tests and ultrasound.

how i hate this thing! argh!

That's another reason for not wanting to get pregnant again. I dont want injections and i dont want to stay in the hospital for days!

Gold's gym: time to work-out

It's time to work-out and lose those excessive fats.

Gold's gym in madrigal features classes, lots of machine to choose for both cardio and body building and they also have cycle rooms. What i like here is they offer good and spacious locker rooms and wet areas like sauna, steam bath and steam room.




Also, upon entering the gym, the receptionist will provide you towels so you don't need to bring bulky towels.

I agree with the saying that Gold's gym is pricey but meets all the criteria a fitness buff would want in a gym. It's ok to shell out the cost because it will benefit you and you will enjoy the place.

I enjoy staying there for hours kasi may makikita ka ding artista hehe and after the gym, have coffee or eat at your fave resto in ATC. Sana lang maisip ng gold's gym sa alabang na maglagay na din ng spa para after work-out massage nman.

Bakit and gold's gym sa makati may suriya spa? is gold's gym in madrigal and makati company owned or franchise only?

plans...

Yesterday, before going to sleep, hubby and i had a serious talk. He said his plan of resigning from his company and enroll in Perpetual because he wants to go abroad. I ask him why the sudden plan of studying, he just answer me na "wala lang" kasi pag nag-abroad ako mas malaki ang sweldo, his cousin who's working in Japan encouraging him to go there also pero nagdadalawang-isip din nman sya kasi ayaw din nyang umalis d2 kasi ok na din naman ang income namin, one more thing is gusto na nga nyang mag-anak na ulit kami.

Ako naman ang tinanong nya kung ano plano ko, sabi ko lang "wala". Gusto kong magpunta ng Bohol (galing kasi dun yung isang friend namin and sabi nya maganda nga daw dun)...hehe...at dahil dun nagpa-book ako. Syempre nainis sya kasi hindi ko man lang daw sya tinatanong kung gusto nya bang pumunta dun at kung pwede ba syang mag-leave nung date na pinili ko. In the end, wala na rin syang nagawa, we both agreed na after the Bohol trip, hindi na muna kami aalis and magtitipid na kami...(sana matupad na to!) para nman daw madagdagan yung savings namin :( hindi ko yata kayang gawin to! ang spoiled brat mapipilitang hindi gumastos?

At ang pinakaimportanteng plano is to have our 2nd child, hindi pa ko nabubuntis may pangalan na ang magiging 2nd baby namin... ganon sya ka-excited na magbuntis ulit ako (eto yata ang pinakamahirap na tuparin!) haha...to be honest, ayoko nang mag-anak tapos ceasarian pa ko. oh no! i can't imagine myself undergoing an operation again! huhu...

What to do and where to eat in Tagaytay?

Another day for Tami. We scheduled the whole day to be spent in Tagaytay. We want to visit and pray at Pink Sisters Holy Convent for all the blessings that we are receiving.

After at Pink Sisters, we headed to town to Josephine's for our lunch.

                                             

I heard that Josephine's is the winner of Tourism Kalakbay Award for Restaurant of the year.

After eating our lunch, we decided to drop-by the Paradizoo to check the place. Right there at the Paradizoo theme farm, of course the animals, there's also the honey bees and butterfly farm, plants and pond. The zoo is pretty normal and it's the same owner as the Zoobic Safari in Subic.

Entrance is 199 per head per adult and 149 per head for the kids. Not too bad and also you get the chance to enter the Residence Inn because its part of the package and in case you still have the energy to go.

The trip is worth it and fun for the kids but for the adults like me, well its kinda boring!!! The long walk will be too tiring under the hot sun and the path can be muddy if there's a rain.

                                                      

                            
After Paradizoo, we drop by the Picnic Grove, we haven't been to Picnic grove for like 10 years or so. They already have cable car and  zip line and i think it will be fun for all the visitors. When we enter the site, the place is packed with people. I will not recommend my relatives to visit that place! You wouldn't enjoy the cable car because its too slow and scary when youre riding it and the fee is 200 per head and for the zip line either.

Before we go home, we drop by at Gourmet's cafe to have merienda. This restaurant is famous for its salad bar, there's pizza also, sandwiches, etc. I love their chicken wrap and iced coffee.

Fun Ranch and Tiendesitas

June 12 (philippine holiday)

2:00pm After office, kuya bing texted me..

Kuya Bing: naks, san ka? gusto mong gumala?Cindy: cge. on the way p lang ako pauwi.
Kuya Bing: san mo gustong pumunta? sama mo si tami and Badz.
Cindy: kami n lang ni tami, may pasok si Badz. text u wen im home.
                       
5:30pm Sinundo kami ni Kuya bing sa haus. We chose to go in Tiendesitas para konti lang ang tao ska magandang pumunta ng gabi dun and one thing is Fun Ranch is across the tiendesitas.


Tiendesitas is like bangkok's Chatuchak market or Tiangge in our country. It showcase Philippines best products like antiques, furniture, handicrafts etc...name it and they have it, mejo pricey nga lang...
                                   
After walking and window-shopping at Tiendesitas, we bring Tami to Fun Ranch ...It was built for kids and adults too and Im glad they also offer food other than the usual Mcdo and Jollibee.

                      




                           
First thing we did is to buy the Ride-all-you can tag. Price is P295.00, considerably expensive compared to storyland and timezone which offer most of the same services. It's okay because im willing to shell out any amount just to make sure my daughter will enjoy the day kahit na gabi na..We still have 3 hrs to enjoy the rides. Rides is open until 10pm.

                         

                                  
Rides that we try: bumper car, bumper boat, formula 1 car-racing, ferris wheel, swing, anchor's away for kids, airplane, train and carousel, sayang nga lang hindi na na-picturan kasi lobat na yung cam ko...hindi ko din nman inexpect na aalis kami..sayang photo opt pa nman yung mga rides ni tami.

After riding some, we decided to have dinner at Teriyaki Boy inside the Fun Ranch. While we're in teriyaki boy, Badz keeps on calling asking what time kami uuwi....As always, pag hindi sya nkakasama, lagi syang natawag... nasanay na sina kuya bing kay Badz...

For sure with our little time in Fun Ranch, i know Tami enjoy the day. We're definitely going back there... If you're also thinking about a place to bring your child, drop by the Fun Ranch... Fun Ranch is really living to it's slogan... it's really a place where kid's rule!
