I posted last Sunday that we go to Binondo and Divisoria and we shop some loots (see the post here). Anyway i want to show the mix and matching of clothes. Well, im not that good in fashion but sometimes sa ganda ng damit, nadadala na ha... hehe

See what i mean? No need to buy all expensive things to look good. Just mix and match things is enough. Who would have thought that my shoes are from 168 mall only? Even my boss (Gary) asked me where i bought my shoes because he said that its really nice and he plan of buying one for his girlfriend. Ayaw pa maniwala!

Promod and 158 at SM Southmall?

After Tami's recognition, some of the students and the yaya's has a scheduled gimik... They decided to go to ATC so the kids can play in the new wing and the yaya's are enjoying because they can bond with each other. Syempre hindi na ko sumama dun, i just gave the yaya P500.00 for their food.

What i did is i went to Southmall and met hubby after his work then we walk around Southmall and hubby looks for new shoes. As i loiter around the mall, i noticed that SM Southmall has Promod now. Wow.. lume-level na rin ang SM Southmall ha!

Promod Outlet

Promod is a French Clothing and can be found in Paris. But it has branch here in Greenbelt. So i was thinking, bakit nila naisipan maglagay sa SM Southmall, why not ATC or MOA... Anyway im happy to see that SM Southmall now has the upscale outlets.

If you guys can afford to buy Zara or Topshop or Marks & Spencer, why not try Promod. They sell good quality clothes, if youre like me who goes for quality over quantity, then Promod is one place to be. Go check it out..

And not only that... they have 158 very soon...

Wow again!

Across the Promod and beside the Nine west outlet, they soon to open the 158 Designers Blvd. Yey! No need to go to ATC, Greenbelt or any ayala malls because you can found branded things already in SM Southmall...

ATC has 158 Designers Blvd across the Kenneth Cole outlet, but why go to ATC if Southmall can offer you the same things right?  158 Designer Blvd. houses Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Furla, Charriol, Calvin Klein, Anne Klein, DKNY etc...

I cant wait to see and set my foot to this outlet in Southmall.

Cosmopolitan: What's in my Bag?

Our training ended yesterday! Yey! Back to normal work... I now have more time to blog... And its saturday, nothing to do and now i decided to blog Cosmopolitan's "What's in my Bag?" my version.. hehe

I am a fan of Cosmo's What's in my Bag Page. I always visit their site to check whats new and take a peak with our local artists beauty loots, oh and the bags! I love it!!! And i must admit that im a hoarder but organized person. I love posts like these! It’s so interesting to see what other people are carrying around and sometimes it gives you an idea what you should need to try, for example on makeup, some people has reviews on their post and for that you will know if its worth buying or not.

To start with. I will show my favorite office bag. I change it everytime im in the mood to use my other bags and depends on what im wearing.

Because i feel im an OC person, i make sure that i take note all our expenses to keep track of it, our payables and some other things to do.. Its very important to me kasi sobrang makakalimutin ako (some other say because of the anesthesia when i gave birth to my Baby kaya naging makakalimutin ako)

Kate Spade Wallet

Everyone needs wallet to keep the bills.. In my case, puro cards and receipts lang ang nakalagay jan...hehe.. I use my coin purse for my money.. Ewan ko ba sa sarili ko bakit pag may nagustuhan ako bili agad kaya i end up not using the things i bought, nakatambak lang.

Cellphones and headset

I told you before that im not a gadget person. Basta may text and call lang keri na...What i love the most in my fones is in my Nokia, i have radio that i can use when going to work, i love listening to Goodtimes with Mo in the morning and with my Samsung, ayaw ko syang mawala because it has flashlight and its very important nowadays because of brownouts dba? Saka kiber ko ba kung pangit fone ko. Celfones are not investment because every month it depreciates.. Will talk investment on my next post.

Perfume

I love the scent of this Benetton Inferno, thanks to my officemate for introducing this scent to me. Cheap pa!

Family day is Sunday

Every family bonds during Sunday and we are one of those. Yesterday, we went again to SM Southmall and let Tami play while i do bank errands in BDO. After that, we went to SM Department Store to look for something to buy. I was looking for Sandals stand because ang hirap ihanap ni Tami ng gusto nya pati ang size nya malaki for a 4-years old girl. And finally we found this:

When she saw this, she grab it and ask me to bought it.

Buti na lang walang Crocs sa SM..hehe.. nakatipid ako. Crocs is one of tami's favorite, after having the Limited Edition of Crocs na Hannah Montana na nawala nman when we transferred here in our apartment, and everytime she saw crocs she always request to have another one.

Ang arte ni Tami, she wants glasses daw so we bought Barbie shades for only P249.00. Mura nga naman compare sa Disneyland glasses nya before na nawala naman.

While i look for magazine to buy, she also bought small book for her. I settled for the Real Living para may idea ako on how to arrange things in our new house.

Aside from my fave Royce chocolate, i also love Meiji milk and dark chocolate.

After we bought loots, we ask Tami where she want to eat and she choose Mcdo, she told me that she want burger. Kaya pala gusto nya sa Mcdo, because the happy meal toys are Spongebob Squarepants.. Sus yun pala...

I ordered Happy meal for her and others for us, kahit sukang-suka na ko sa Mcdo ok lang basta enjoy ang bata. Dont worry Tam, i will complete the set of Spongebob for you.

Fashionista Tami?

Today (Saturday) is my parents-in-law's wedding anniversary and they'll be going to Batangas Resort for swimming. This morning, when i woke up, i saw Tami wearing this:

She said she'll go with Mommy (Lola) and Lolo to swim. In her bag is her swimsuit.

Remember the terno dress that i posted few days ago?

Standing by hubby's side. Tami and her yaya will go with my in-laws. Hubby will go to work later and me will have an appointment this morning with client.

My daughter knows how to dress na... Can't wait that she grows older and that we can share things like bags, jewelries etc..

My Espadrilles

I posted here about my cousin selling Espadrilles and i bought 2 pairs. Yesterday, buti na lang maaga akong umuwi and i received the package from DHL

Thoughts on having BB..

When celfone became instant hit during my college days, i am always updated to whats the latest but to be honest im not a gadget person, hindi nman kasi ako ang nabili ng celfone ko kasi wala pa nman akong work nun kaya ok lang magpalit lagi. Thats how i am when it comes to things, i dont value the price kaya hindi ako maingat sa gamit ko kaya nagsisi ang lola ko na pinalaki daw kaming spoiled...(Sorry Grandma..) When i experienced hold-up during my first work in Paranaque, they only took my celfone, wallet and jewelries. I was left alone and really scared that time.. That's the time i realized na hindi laging ok ang magandang gamit kasi takaw-mata sa holdaper...

Fast forward, i dont have the latest and high-end fones, in fact i only use the cheap ones. (See image below). I only use Nokia 5000 for my Sun network and Samsung for my Globe. Basta maka-text and call ako ok na.. If you have a toddler, it is also not advisable to have high-end fones kung ayaw mong ibato yan ng baby mo like what happen in our fones, ginagawang laruan lang ng anak ko...

Recently, Kuya Bing and I went to Laguna and he let me try his Blackberry. I enjoyed using his BB. I can communicate with our relatives and friends abroad for free using the BBM (blackberry messenger). He encourage me to buy one so i can talk to them all the time. I was hesitant to buy because first, i am commuting from home to office in Taguig (eh pano kung mahold-up or madukutan ako?) Second,  we are saving for the upcoming expenses in our house. Third, do i really need one?

Until now, im still not decided if i should get one. But there are times na gusto ko na talaga.. Minsan ayokong pumunta ng mall at baka mapabili ako ng bigla.. Hehe..

Basta, i need to think more... Give me two weeks...

Restday and Payday!

Its Saturday again! Restday and Payday time..

Time to pay the bills and tomorrow, we are scheduled to go to PC Express Alabang and get our CPU. Hubby is already excited kasi makakapag-games na naman sya during his free time.

Before i end this post, i want to show you our new clothes. Did you remember when my relatives from the US sent unexpected package last January? Three (3) balikbayan boxes arrived then and one of the box contains different designs and different kinds of fabric. Maybe they bought it in sale during the Thanksgiving day las November. Anyway, my lola didn't know what to do with the fabrics so we all get what we want and i got 5 designs! hehe..

Two weeks ago, i went to the dress maker and i asked her to make blouses and dresses for me and Tami and here it is:

All in all, i pay Php 2,500.00 only for the labor of the dressmaker.

Blouse cost P250.00 each x 5 = P1,250.00

Dress cost P350.00 each x 3 = 1,050.00

Tami's dress and blouse is P200.00 n lang (the only discount that i've got)

Incoming Birthday :)

Few more days and im celebrating my 30th birthday and honestly i dont know what to do and where to celebrate. I planned before of treating my both sides of the family (Silverio and Undag) to Dampa and celebrate my 30th existence but with the expenses lined up for this year for the construction of our house, we decided to just keep the money and just have dinner to nearby restaurant..

Another thing is that Hubby will pay for this Kate Spade purchase as his birthday gift for me. Few weeks ago, the package arrived and i receive this Kate Spade wallet that i chose here.

Don't fret! If you still dont know what to give to me, this one that im looking for is very very cheap! I want the green Lewis & Pearl cologne, i love its scent because its the closest smell to my D & G Light blue perfume. Out of stock kasi sa SM grocery d2 smen kaya wala akong mabili..

Look, konti n lang yung perfume ko and i need another one! hehe

 Anyway, even if im not celebrating my birthday in bonggacious one, im still happy because hubby and tami is here beside me and reminding me of my very special day... Tami singing Happy Birthday and hubby greeted me yesterday kahit sa sabado pa ang birthday ko! Pra daw sya ang unang babati sken... *sweet*

Since my cousin resigned from his work, he concentrated on his business: event coordination, jewelry business and now negotiating with Technomarine Hongkong so he can distribute or sell here in the Philippines.

I am proud to be part of his jewelry business. We are selling Genuine South Sea Pearls, Gold and diamonds. And this makes me busy this past few days, meeting some people because of the pearls. South Sea Pearls are the saleable items from us because were selling it cheaper from others. We know how to determine if the pearl is fake or genuine.

With my current job, im not selling anything and im happy about it but selling business always come my way. I love jewelries and when my cousin thought of selling jewelry, i immediately grab the opportunity because sales is my forte and at the sametime i love jewelries.

And now im back to sales...

I am going to have full-time business with jewelries (with my cousins partnership), continue our small lending business (with my officemate partnership, and soon will put-up our own lending company....haha...) and my online business selling branded and authentic goods. Well im not resigning from work because im not stressed with my position, its just that i need to divide my time with my family and business.
