Accessories from Divisoria

This December was one of my busy month but i was happy because i was able to go in Divisoria twice. Aside from the toys and personal stuff that i bought, i saw lots of accessories that are so cute and nice. Being impulsive that i am, i bought a lot thinking that i can wear it to some parties.

Today, i was cleaning our room and preparing the things that im going to wrap for christmas and found the accessories lying in one corner of our cabinet and is waiting for me to wear them, but the thing is the parties are all over!

Now im thinking kung ano gagawin ko sa mga accessories na binili ko... Ang ku-cute pa naman. Let me show you some of my favorites:

Impromptu Divisoria Trip

Few days ago, my officemates and i went to divisoria to buy party favors in preparation for our surprise party for our supervisor that happened in our team building yesterday. We met around lunch in Starbucks but took so long to order and we arrived in Divisoria mall at past 2pm. Since we dont have more time to lurk around, we did first our agenda of buying the party favors in the basement part of Divi mall.

We chose the Spongebob theme for him because it was the "in" today and we found lots of Spongebob items and party favors there.

We bought party hats, banner, spongebob shaped balloon which is so cute.

We also bought paper plates in Spongebob design and disposable utensils.

Since its surprise party, we did not buy cake because he will have an idea of what will going to happen in the party. Instead we bought cupcakes and i create a simple cupcake topper as a design... We also bought "Happy Birthday" candles as topper also in the cupcake.

My officemate (Ayen) was assigned for the party prizes so she bought loot bags together with the prizes and loots. You can view here the items that she bought.

After buying all the needed stuff for the surprise party, we went to 168 mall to look for some fab items to buy. Our outfit then should be yellow to match Spongebob so i went and look around for yellow shirt.

Overrun Hollister shirt P380.00

I bought this Feng shui jade item in one of the feng shui store in 3rd floor, i just dont remember where it was. We also bought another one as our gift to my supervisor for his display in his new house. Looks like small but the size of this buddha is big, good as display in the living area. I will not tell the price because my sup can read this... hehe..

I also bought this P50.00 short for hubby. Cute kasi ng design and color.

Our divi trip wouldn't be complete without hopia from Baker's Fair. And i bought 2 packs (Ube and Mongo flavor. If you are in divi mall, dont forget to buy these hopia because its really good, i feel that its more good than Eng bee tin hopia. Its also yummy when cold, when in house, this hopia was placed in the frigde and we'll just get if we want to eat and i tell you, even if its cold from the fridge, hindi natigas yung hopia and the taste is really good.

Since i have lots of things that i bought, i bought this sack bag from one of the lady selling different kids of bags. Cute ng design no?

Party Favors in Divisoria Mall

Due to some emergency, my in-laws wasn't able to accompany me in Divisoria so i went to Divisoria alone with PhP4,500 with me and my coin purse. My main agenda is to buy tokens and giveaways for Tami's birthday. I headed to Divisoria Mall basement area as instructed by my officemates/friends where almost all party needs are being sold. It is my first time in that area and my eyes feasted on the colorful things and for a while I was mental blocked for I did not know where to start! Thank God I was able to regain my focus and I look for the things I needed which is banner, toys and other things for the lootbags.

I thought that Mickey/Minnie Mouse things are so easy to find and boy i was wrong! The things i saw are mostly Ben10, Spongebob, Princess etc. Hay.. if only i can changed the theme that time.

I almost stayed in that area for almost 3 hours! Can you imagine that?

 All these things that i bought are good for 30 kids lootbags, i will buy additional toys for the game prizes and for the pabitin and candies in the mall. I saw lots of candies but i dont want to buy candies there for some reasons. Mahirap na baka japeks din ang mga candies dun. hehe

I also looked for nice paper bags where i will put all those tokens but all are common so i remember the do-it-your-own loot bags that i saw in the net so i looked for some materials and it lead me to Sto. Cristo street in Divisoria. Naligaw pa ko dito. Buti na lang helpful yung ibang tao dun.

Then i headed next to 168 Mall to eat my lunch on the 3rd floor of 168 mall. I chose none other than Tokyo Tokyo! hehe

After i ate lunch, i went to the Pay Restroom to pee and clean my feet from all the mud from the streets going to Divi Mall. My feet is so dugyot! haha

So for those who want to pee on the clean toilet and no more falling in line. This is the answer! hehe

After cleaning my feet and feel refreshed, i walked around the 168 mall and bought some fab items.

Shorts for Hubby

Bad trip tong shorts na to! I bought this nice shorts at P550.00 but when i go to the other side of the 3rd floor, i saw this on sale at 50% off. Paksh*t! Sayang yung P200.00.. Tsk. Tsk.

Kids Leggings for Tami..

I bought this 2pcs for only P150.00 because tami's size is large. If your kid's size is small or medium, the price of this is P50.00 each.

Office Blouse for me P380.00

After buying some stuff for ourselves and as much as i want to buy more office blouses for me, wala na kong choice kundi umuwi kasi wala na kong pera... Poor me :(

I arrived home with only coins left in my pocket...

Trip to Divisoria is always tiring, yet so much fun. Can't wait for my next Divisoria tour **calling my officemates again** Promise, I will go back after Tami's birthday.

Even my boss (Gary) asked me where i bought my shoes because he said that its really nice and he plan of buying one for his girlfriend. Ayaw pa maniwala!

Best hopia from Baker's Fair

After we shop in 168 mall and before we go home, Ayen brought us to this outlet selling hopia. She told us that everytime they go in Divisoria, they make it a point to drop here and buy hopia. Its her mom who discover this bakeshop..

This pack consists of 20pcs but you can bought the hopia per piece at P5.00. I bought this pack for our home. I want hubby and Tami try it.

When im home, i told hubby about the hopia and he loved it too. The remaining hopia placed in the fridge and this morning, we ate it and its also yummy even if its cold.

Will be back here when i go to divisoria..

Baker's Fair bakeshop is located in the 3rd floor of the old Divisoria mall. Medyo masikip nga lang ang daan papunta dun and ang dami talagang tao but its all worth it. :)

Loots from Divisoria...

When we went to 168 mall yesterday, we use the remaining 2 to 3 hrs to shop. And what funny is all the nice and fab items that we found there, all of us bought the same to get discounts except for Hugh because she cant wear girl things.. hehe...

You don't need to wear expensive things to look fab, right? You just have to know how to mix and match your expensive and not-so-expensive things and the most important is you have to be confident and be yourself, and that makes you fab.. tama ba mga mare?

Here are the loots that i bought in 168 mall...

Flat shoes (P125.00)

This korean flats are on sale at 50% off from the P300.00 price, when you get 1 pair you'll pay P150.00 but if you get 2 pairs, you'll pay P 250.00 only. My officemates and I bought 1 pair each and we combined it to get the discount that makes it P125.00 per pair. Kaya dapat may kasama kayo na bibili din to get big discounts... hehe

Flats upclose. Since the price of the flats is too cheap. Dont expect this to last for years. Siguro mga 2 to 3 months lang ang itatagal.. hehe

Red Shoes (P230.00)

Its P250.00 actually, we just haggled the price kaya P230.00 lang. I was lucky also because i got the red one and the last pair in my size. My officemate bought the white one with the print design. Its also nice..

I dont know if its chinese or korean. What we like with this shoes is its like combination of TOMS and Suelas. Very soft and comfy and you can fold it too. Perfect for travelling. At first out of stock na kaya nanghinayang pa kami but when we saw this shoes in one of the stall, halos sumigaw pa kami sa tuwa kasi ang ganda nya talaga in person. Di mo nga aakalain na P230.00 lang sya... Hubby also liked it. Di ko lang sure if meron for men.

Dress for kids (2pcs for P160.00)

This is what i bought for my daughter. Dress for pambahay... Very cheap at its price.. Fabric is cotton so i think its good..

Hello Kitty Fork and Spoon P100.00

One of my officemate bought Hello Kitty luggage in one of the stall. I saw this and its sale also. From P100.00 each, i got it at P50.00 each. Ayen also bought this for her niece. I told them na baka kumain si tami ng rice pag nakita nya yung Hello Kitty Spoon and fork.

I just saw this psp pouch and i thought that it will be useful for Tami kasi lagi nyang nababagsak yung PSP. She's also delighted to see this pouch...

Im looking for a new coin purse and i like it the first time i saw this. P20.00 only.. hehe

Would you believe that all my loots is less than PhP 1,500?

All of us got fab items... Wala lang akong nabili for my hubby kasi di ko type yung mga shorts. I wanna go back there and shop again :)

Replica items spotted in 168 Mall...

I love going to Divisoria because they sell cheap items, you just have to find nice and fab clothes. I rarely go here because i dont want to go there alone kasi baka maligaw ako dun, nakakapunta lang ako if my in-laws will go there or my officemates wants to buy something there. Mas marami silang alam dun, they know where to find those cheap items that has good quality also.

After having lunch in Tokyo-Tokyo in 168 mall extension (thanks to Ayen kasi memorize na yata nya yung 168 mall, yesterday ko lang nalaman na may extension pla ang 168 mall.. hehe.. We walked around the mall to look for some nice items.

While walking around, you'll see lots of Fake items in 168 mall and they sell it for thousands of pesos. Grabe as in! Lahat ng designer bags may replica na.. Its so sad that you'll see those things around and people kept on buying it.. Tsk. Tsk. Do they realize that buying fake items will not help our economy to go up? Its not investment! And sayang lang yung pera nyo because when it comes to quality, its not good right? Why not make ipon and buy original ones, kasi dun sigurado ka sa quality and its worth your money.

Nakaka-sad dba?  I inquire in one of the stall about the LV Bag, when you look at the bag and you dont know how to spot a fake and you saw someone carrying these fake LV bag, you will believe that its original kasi sobrang replica sya outside, i also taught my officemate on how to check if the LV is an original or not. Back to the Bag, i show them the bag and i told them that when you look at it, youll notice that its really like an original one but when you will scrutinize the details, you will see the difference of the fake and original.. I ask the price of the bag and they tag it at P4,500.00.  Mahal dba? Makakabili ka na ng quality bag sa Charles and Keith with that price.

Sana maisip nila na hindi maganda yung ganun, dba?
