Late Night Date at Starbucks..

Since i have no work now, i feel bored in the house pag wala akong ginagawa and hubby knows about it! I even shouted in my FB account that im bored, i miss working *sob* but sometimes i feel fulfilled taking care of my daughter and doing some rakets. When im still in the corporate world, my part time income came from being a real estate agent and now that i dont have work, part-time ko pa rin yun.. haha

Whenever hubby leaves the house for work, i go with him walking hanggang sa kanto (its part of my exercise hehe)... I mentioned to him na im going to apply by July but he said magpahinga daw muna ako para daw mabuntis ako.. Part of me says No, i dont want to be pregnant again because im scared of needles and hospital kaya lang nakakaawa din naman because Tami always says she wants a baby sister while hubby wants a baby boy.. Ano ba talaga, dba?

Anyway, last weekend.. he changed shift again from night shift to morning shift and that saturday night niyaya nya kong tumambay sa Starbucks. We went to Jollibee first and bought Champ then to Starbucks..

Hubby has Jollibee champ and Coffee Jelly while i chose the new Starbucks offer, the Hojicha Green Tea with Red Beans and the Sausage Pizza Bread :)

Naks naman.. Feelingero.. hehe

We went home around 1am na yata yun... Nagkwentuhan lang kami dun while sipping our fraps :)

I love Hojicha! Well, if you love Starbucks Green Tea for sure you will love Hojicha too kasi walang pinagkaiba ang lasa, may additional red beans lang...

Jollibee and Starbucks Gift Certificate

Last december 24 hubby and i went to SM Center after his work to get his new eyeglasses. We also plan of going to Starbucks to use my gift certificate. Remember our team party where i won Starbucks GC from the Bingo game?

While waiting for the eyeglasses, the cashier handed me an envelope that contains the P200 GCs. We were told that its free from the Transition lenses that we bought. Kala ko papasko nila.

Transition Lens source 

Transitions lenses are eyeglass lenses that are specially treated to react to the amounts of ultraviolet rays to which the lens is exposed. The higher the ultraviolet ray level, the darker the lenses become. This blocks the ultraviolet rays from the eyes. Transitions lenses are one brand of this type of lens, which is known as a photochromic lens. Other brands that also react to amounts of ultraviolet light are Photogray, ColorMatic Extra, Sungray, and Transhades.

With nothing to do we decided to use the GC in Jollibee, sayang kasi hindi namin sinama si Tami. We never thought naman about the free Jollibee GC.

 

We ordered Champ meal for hubby and Jolly Hotdog meal for me.

After eating our merienda we walked going to Starbucks.

I also bought chocolate doughnut as my pasalubong for Tami.

Did you ever wonder if Starbucks will be open this holiday season? I took this photo kasi baka maisipan nyong mag-Starbucks on New Year's eve tapos you'll get dissapointed when you found out that its close pala. hehe

Starbucks Happy Hour - Box Office

Sorry for the late post.

My officemates and i went to Divisoria few days ago and it was our plan to meet in Starbucks along Juan Luna street in time for the Happy Hour 50% Frap. Two of them arrived early and started to fall in line in Starbucks, actually they didn't expect the long line in that branch.

View from my teammates line. Imagine, our scheduled time to meet at Starbucks is at 12nn but me and the other arrived past 1pm. It means that my teammates was in the long line for more than 1hr. Good thing when we arrived, they were almost in the counter and ready to order. Grabe panalo ang Happy Hour ng Starbucks!

And would you believe that the releasing of the frap is in line too! We also waited for more than 20mins before our name called by the barista. And because the store is crowded with people and the weather is so hot, it feels like the aircon wasn't working because its really hot inside.

I really love coffees and i feel that Starbucks frap lessen its taste from before, i dont know! its like i ordered frap but when i sip it its like im just drinking cold coffee in water base. Anyway Starbucks is Starbucks and i still love coffee. I just ordered here because of the Happy Hour promo and to refresh me from the super hot weather while walking in Juan Luna going to the land of Divisoria.
