On Bento Accessories.

After i read one of my friend's blog (http://www.mommytots.com/) about Bento accessories, i got encouraged to do it for my daughter kaya lang di ko sure if i can make it with my busy schedule. Ill try maybe once or twice a week?

It's one of her Bento meal creation for her son. Ang cute no? Picky eater child will surely love to have this for his/her baon in school. I showed this to Tami and she like it too, she wants to have it in Hello Kitty or Mickey Mouse design.

After talking with my daughter, i searched about bento accessories and found all these:

Ang ku-cute ng Bento Accessories especially the Hello Kitty and Mickey Mouse design. The thing is, these stuff can be bought abroad especially in Japan. I have to asked pa hubby's cousin if they can buy some bento stuff for tami. 

Meron kaya nito sa mga Japan Japan stores like Saizen or P88 peso store? Hmmmmmm...

Im a proud Mama here...

Last Monday, i had to cancel some of my appointments to give way for my daughter's event in school. It's their Girl Scout investiture. It was scheduled at 12nn to 4pm. Father-in-law brought Tami to school while i followed after 30 minutes. She thought i wasn't present but was delighted when i waved at her saying "Im here".

The program was really long...

What makes me proud is that when i saw my daughter speak in front of all. This shy type kid is really impressive though her lines is not that long im still proud of her!

So happy that my daughter can speak well in English.

The program was really long. In the end they had a dance number and my daughter dance to her heart out with Call Me Maybe Tune.

Happy at 7th!

I thought of spending our special day at home but boy we are so busy. Hubby's at work and i need to leave the house early because my client will close the deal this morning. The past years, we have been celebrating outside like dining in restaurant or spending the night at a hotel but this year's really different.

Our plan is to have a simple dinner here at home. Mama will just cook something special + the spaghetti and ice cream for the kids + the cake. That will be the simple celebration for our 7th year wedding anniversary.

Thank you for your 7 years of loyalty and commitment and I look forward to more years of happiness and love. Lets face life's ups and downs together. I love you my dear husband.

Coffee Time at Starbucks Las Pinas

Last week, my friend texted me if i want to have coffee and if im available that day. I replied saying im available at around 6pm after my appointment with a client. Time was set and we met around 6pm at Starbucks in Las Pinas, the nearest from my place. She lives in Cavite and went to Las Pinas just to have coffee.

Pag gusto talaga may paraan.. hahaha

We used to call her Balot because of her name. Pretty no? Flawless pa and single pa yan :) Ganyan sya pag bored pa-kape-kape na lang... Imagine she came from work in Makati, went home in Cavite to change clothes and then go to Starbucks Las Pinas kasi bored lang sya.. 

Everytime we set a coffee date with Acquey, hindi kami magtagpong tatlo ng schedule kasi ang natutuloy lang is yung mga impromptu na lakad. This time Acquey is not available.

Starbucks is really the place for tsismisan.. haha. We were there at 6pm and left by 8pm. Till next coffee date my friend!

One Friday Afternoon >>> TokyoTokyo, Chatime, Conti's and Johnny Rockets

Two weeks ago (Friday), i didn't have meetings, trippings and other schedule etc. in short its my free time. Isang himala na wala akong schedule that day kaya sinamantala ko yung time with my daughter. I also texted my friend so we can meet because i also have to give the bag that she bought in my online store. I brought Tami with me para naman makapag-play and we can go malling together. Ok lang umabsent minsan lang naman eh.. hehe

We went to ATC before lunch. We ate in Tokyo-Tokyo first then stay in timezone, play in Dave's Funhouse, bought toy in Toy Store and while the kids play kami naman ng friend ko puro chikahan lang.. Tsismosa lang ang peg! haha

After getting tired, we went to Chatime to have some snacks and milk tea...

Tami loved milk tea too. We stayed in Chatime till 4pm at wala kaming ginawa kundi magkwentuhan. As if we didn't see each other for years. Dami kong nalaman ha!

After our never-ending kwentuhan my friend and her son needed to leave because it's her time to go online and talk with her hubby. We bid goodbye and left.

We were about to go home when hubby called saying he will follow in ATC and that we can have merienda/dinner. Tami was against his papa's decision because she wants to go home and play with her new toy. Hubby talked with Tami and promise that he will buy her another toy if she stays in ATC and waited for him. Sino ba namang bata ang ayaw ng another toy dba? 

I was still bloated with all the food we ate. Imagine Lunch at Tokyo Tokyo, Snacks in Chatime.. Grabe! Tapos dadating si Badz magyayayang kumain :(

When hubby arrived, i was telling him of what we did since lunch and we're still full. Ayun naglakad-lakad kami and visit some boutiques para malaman ko yung price nung ibang binebenta ko sa store ko.. hehe. After  walking around, we finally settle to Johnny Rockets to have merienda or an early dinner.

Hubby's order ---> Premium Rocket Double Burger with Salad :)

Di nya alam kung pano kakainin yung burger sa laki eh... haha.. Ako naman i ate the salad. Hindi na ko umorder for me kasi sobrang busog pa ko. Kinain ko na lang yung salad ni Badz and i help tami eat the fries.

Walang laki-laki sa gutom na tao. At hindi nya pa naubos ang burger :)

Happy Lemon, Happy Me :)

Last time, i went to Serendra to meet my client because of some documents needed to submit in the developer. It was really my plan to drop by in Happy Lemon located in High Street because i can't find Gong Cha near the place. Since i love milk tea, i feel like a happy camper thinking of tasting Happy Lemon for the first time which is good according to some of my previous colleagues.

Upon arriving in Market-Market, i headed to Happy Lemon and bought one of their recommendations...

Milk Tea is ok kaya lang matabang considering i mentioned a 100% sugar. Nevertheless, i still love it!

Hey! Im still Alive....

........ and super busy.

Ever since i left the corporate world, i concentrate on being a mommy, wife and a small time entrepreneur :)    I honestly enjoyed being a stay at home mom but got bored too so i went back to being an agent and became a property consultant. I became super duper busy since then and hubby mentioned one time na wala na kong time na lumabas... So whenever i have free time i make sure to catch up with hubby and our daughter.

Being a property consultant and an online store owner, i had my own time and can schedule my own activity. I got to attend to my daughter's needs in the morning until she left for school. After that, i have to do some errands and check my online store, email and sometimes meet with clients hanggang sa gabi na ko nakakauwi. With this routine, wala na kong time na maturuan si tami with her school lessons.

I talked with her adviser and ask for recommendation for tutorial after school so Tami can study with the teacher's guide. I know this will cost me a lot because tutors will be paid per hour per day pero ok lang basta matutukan ang studies ng baby ko na dapat ako ang gumagawa.

Tami cooperates well with my plan and yesterday was her first day with her new found teacher (tutor). I came home around 8pm and when i asked my daughter about her one-on-one tutorial, ok naman daw.

Another thing that keeps me busy is my online store. I attend to my online store clients whenever i have time to go online. This online store is really a blessing to me and i am thankful for my relatives in the US for helping me in buying goods to sell. Income in my online store suffice our daily needs so my income (commissions) being a real estate agent is just an extra :) Think BIG! hahaha

As of now, i can say that im doing good with all my raket. Luho is not my thing now. You rarely see me in malls or buying expensive stuffs. Siguro pinakagastos ko lang is milk tea, coffee, or dining out during the day and im proud of myself :)

I keep on working hard  to help hubby pay our house in less than 10 yrs. Plan of buying a new car, travel to Japan so i can bring Tami to Sanrio Puroland which will happen in 2014. (Yes, may date na yan because all the expenses will be coming from my commissions Woot! Woot!).. That's all our plan now. *cross-finger na walang kumontra*. I am so thankful that i am blessed with a skill na kung pano mambola #salestalk. hehe... 

Its so happy to announce that i am now entitled in our broker's office to an all expense paid local trip next year. 20 Million more until Dec 10 and my trip will be an all expense paid trip abroad.. Woo Hoo!!!

Meeting with my client in Friday's, Bonifacio High Street

Last Sunday, i got to meet my client referred by my friend. They scheduled the meeting around 2pm so i was in Serendra before they arrived. I waited near the fountain and i was so aliw with the people passing by with their dogs. Ang sosyal talaga ng mga tao dun.

When we met, we transferred in High Street and look for a place where we can have merienda and discuss something over food. They told me that they had lunch earlier so they want pica-pica type of food. And friday's is the best place to go..

I let them order what they want. Nakakahiya naman kung ako pa magdedecide for them. Kung sila hindi gutom, ako naman gutom na gutom. hehe

They only ordered Nachos. Busog pa daw kasi sila kaya yun lang inorder nila and mind you hindi pa namin naubos yan.. Mukang busog nga talaga sila. hahaha

We stayed in the restaurant a little longer because we talked about something. Friday's is really good but a little bit pricey. Ok lang din naman na mahal kasi ok naman ang naging outcome ng meeting namin :)

Appreciating BonChon on my 3rd visit.

This is the first time that im going to post about BonChon. Why? Kasi na-appreciate ko lang sya on my 3rd visit :(

First try of BonChon. I was still with my previous company when my team decided to order BonChon and have it delivered in our office. Since the delivery was late and at the same time di na masyadong crispy yung cover ng chicken na-dissapointed kami lahat.

Second try of BonChon. When Bonchon open a store in Southmall i decided to try again and since some of the household never heard of BonChon, i bought a box of chicken (6 pcs combination of thighs and wings) para matikman din nila. While having dinner, i got a lot of comments na walang lasa yung laman sa loob at sobrang anghang nung spicy wings etc etc. Hubby got dissapointed too kasi di na rin crispy yung outer layer.

I chose not to dine in BonChon again after my first and second try.

My third try

When my friend and I scheduled a diamond peel session in Skin 101 last saturday, we were talking on where to have dinner after our session. I was recommending Pepper Lunch but she wants to try BonChon that time. I gave in to her request kasi first time nya eh and so we went to BonChon and fall in line.

We ordered the same thing. Combination of regular and spicy chicken meal. While eating, i realized na masarap pala sya kung bagong luto. Crispy and flavorful when its hot. I got to appreciate it and told hubby na masarap rin pala ang BonChon kung bagong luto.. hehe

So better eat BonChon in the store than taking it home.

Ochado for the nth time in SM Southmall

Since i started selling goods from the US. Some of my buyers prefer to meet-up instead of shipping the item kasi they got to see the goods in person. What they do is they choose the items on my online shop then we'll sked a meet-up. Usually we end up in Southmall, ATC, MOA etc.

Another Ochado Milk Tea last thursday while meeting up with my buyer/kumare... I love love love milk teas...

Popular Gangnam Style Video

I always heard Tami sang with matching dance with this lyrics "Heeeeeeey, sexy lady Huh!" Paulit-ulit and dancing to her hearts out. Since it makes me smile, she always perform this sing and dance in front of us kahit hindi namin alam yung kanta.

While watching youtube videos, I saw Ellen's version of Gangnam style with Psy teaching her and Britney Spears to dance the Gangnam style.

After watching this video, i tried looking at the official music video of Psy's Gangnam Style and wow! he got 328,531,881 hits as of this writing. Galing!!!
