Hi Guys, since im free this morning, might as well blog to catch up.. Matatapos na ang November wala pa kong nabibiling gifts for christmas kahit isa. 30 days na lang at pasko na! Gustung-gusto kong mag-mall and mag-divi kaya lang i only have limited time... Tulad na lang nung thursday, it was planned to go in Laguna to attend my Uncle's birthday, i was ready na the whole day and plan na mag-join sa car ng uncle ko which will leave at 3.30pm... By 1:30 pm a prospect buyer called, we talked about what she wants, discuss and negotiate and that moment nagpa-sched ng tripping at 5pm... Nalito tuloy ako kung ano gagawin ko, uuwi ba ko ng Laguna or iti-tripping ko to? And then decisions made na client muna kaya ayun naiwan ako... With my work right now, hindi ko talaga masabi kung kelan ako available... kaya hindi rin matuloy-tuloy ang pag-didivi ko :(
Planning of giving na lang money to my inaanaks and im looking for sale na grocery items that i can give to my close co-agents in the office.. Hindi pwedeng bigyan lahat eh di kakayanin... In our office we have hundreds of real estate agents and 200+ is active so kung bibigyan ko lahat yun kamusta naman ako dba?
Anyway, To start with this christmas thing-y let me post my wishlist for this coming christmas.. hehe
IPAD 3
Laptop will not work anymore with agents especially when you're on field... Like for agents like me, Pag nasa biyahe going on a tripping, syempre maraming conversations yan and you need to show and explain lahat thru pictures, alangan naman magbukas ka pa ng laptop dba? So i saw most of the agents using iPad during tripping..
Personally im not a gadget person but because of the "need" in my work i have no choice but to have this. I was talking with my cousin in the US last month if she can buy me iPad mini so it will arrive here anytime December kaya lang Kuya Bing said that iPad mini is not recommendable for presentation so instead of iPad Mini i will go with iPad 3.
That will be first on my christmas wishlist kasi ayoko talagang bumili.. hahaha. At least pag may nagbigay sakin wala akong choice kundi gamitin yun.. hehe
NEW EARRINGS
If you must remember, hubby gifted me an eternity ring last year during our wedding anniversary. This year wala kaming binili for each other kasi first and foremost wala akong regular work and we want to save and save before transferring to our new house. Since this is just a wishlist, wala naman masamang mangarap dba? so this will be the 2nd on my wishlist, a new pair of earrings..
Some time ago, like 2 or 3 months ago while in Southmall hubby mentioned na tumingin daw kami sa bilihan ng Jewelry (hhhhmmmm, mukang nagbabalak na naman ako bigyan ah...) eh hindi natuloy kasi gabi na hanggang sa di na naulit ulit.. hehe and for now i want to own an eternity earrings para may ka-terno naman yung ring ko dba or pwede rin naman ang diamond stud that i can wear everyday... Ayoko naman isuot yung jewelries ko na pamana saken ni grandmother at baka malaslas ang tenga ko sa snatcher! hehe
At dahil nga kuripot ang peg ng mga tao ngaun, eto na lang ang gusto ko:
STARBUCKS PLANNER
Eto gusto ko talaga kaya lang im not coffee addict anymore eh kaya no stickers as in zero, kung milk tea pa yan for sure puno na ngaun yan! hehe
Hhhmmm cno kaya ang magbibigay sakin nito?
FENG SHUI ITEMS
If we're friends, you know that im feng shui follower... Every year nagpapafeng-shui ako with my friends.. There's nothing wrong naman with it, syempre iba pa rin ang faith dba? Nkakatuwa lang kasi marinig ang fengshui at mga lucky charms..
I want feng shui items na pang-display sa new house namin, yung tipong panlagay sa sala or pang-frame hehe.. Any lucky charms will do =)
NEW TABLE
Of all my wish, eto talaga ang gusto ko... I want a new table na may mga cabinet na may susi.. I was telling hubby na palitan na namin yung computer table namin sa kwarto na kasya ang computer and at the same time i can work on with my papers.
Cabinet with keys is my must-have now with my work because i need a storage where i can place the important papers from my work. I REALLY WANT THIS!!!
OFFICE SUPPLIES
And because of my work, this is also a must have for me. Dati pakalat kalat lang tong mga to d2 sa bahay, Ngaun ako na ang nangangailangan hahaha... Pero wag mo na ko bilhan nito kasi meron na ko unless gusto mo ko bigyan ng whiteboard... hehe.. Ay need ko pala ng corkboard, push pins, folders, pentelpen, post it, etc... ang dami ko pa palang wala :)
While i need all this syempre need ko din ng organizer hehe... Parang-office lang ang dating...
Siguro naman with all these, may matatanggap naman ako no?

Yan lang naman ang kinukulit nya saken as of now. Nagsawa na siguro kakasabi ng gusto nya mag-HK sa 7th birthday nya.. haha
