The announcement of the promotion in hubby's office happened this morning. He texted me while im on my way to office that he got the Team Leader position and he's going to start his training on monday.
He was not expecting anymore with the position. After his interview before, he feels that he did not make it because the other applicants for the said position was more qualified and more tenured than him, say 3 to 5 years in their company. On my part, i was confident enough that he will get the position because he is really smart and can work without supervision. It was proven already because in his 2 years with their company, he already got 2 promotions considering that this is his first job in the BPO industry ;)
Congrats be, i know you deserved the promotion...
Just wanna give you a heads-up on what to do as Team Leader or Line Lead. The most important task is to motivate your team members to keep doing great with their jobs like what you did with your function. Be good. Try to know each of them. Be friendly. Explain their priorities as an employee because in the long run, all of you will benefit from the good works that they've done.
It so hard at first because handling 15 or more than 15 agents is a difficult task but take it easy. I know that you can do it. Again, be good with your agents.. Good Luck on your new position..
