Genuine South Sea Pearls

Since my cousin resigned from his work, he concentrated on his business: event coordination, jewelry business and now negotiating with Technomarine Hongkong so he can distribute or sell here in the Philippines.

I am proud to be part of his jewelry business. We are selling Genuine South Sea Pearls, Gold and diamonds. And this makes me busy this past few days, meeting some people because of the pearls. South Sea Pearls are the saleable items from us because were selling it cheaper from others. We know how to determine if the pearl is fake or genuine.

Here are some samples of what we are selling:

Earrings - Stud earrings are available in different color : white, champagne, bluish-white, black, charcoal black etc. Price depends on the size of the pearls.

I thought to myself before that i will not go back into sales because all my life im into selling business/company. With my current job, im not selling anything and im happy about it but selling business always come my way. I love jewelries and when my cousin thought of selling jewelry, i immediately grab the opportunity because sales is my forte and at the sametime i love jewelries.

And now im back to sales...

I am going to have full-time business with jewelries (with my cousins partnership), continue our small lending business (with my officemate partnership, and soon will put-up our own lending company....haha...) and my online business selling branded and authentic goods. Well im not resigning from work because im not stressed with my position, its just that i need to divide my time with my family and business.

My kid on Tekken

Wow! My daughter can play Tekken! I arrived home and saw this in our room. My 4yrs old baby can play my husband's game, and look how she control the keys, she holds it like her dad. Tsk. Tsk.

I love this kid! Really smart in everything like her dad... Buti n lang hindi nagmana sken...haha

Invitation: 2 important events in our family

Yesterday, i received the invitation of my 2 cousins. They will be having a celebration for the most important event in their lives. As usual, kuya bing is the event coordinator...

Mika's invitation

My cousin will celebrate her 18th birthday on friday night at Ramon Magsaysay hall in Roxas boulevard. Her theme is vintage that's why they chose the RM hall instead of a hotel.

Ate Dalyn's Wedding

Another important event of my cousin. The wedding will be on Saturday (the day after the debut) which will be held in Batangas where the showbiz couple Judy Ann and Ryan get wed. They also use the same church and the reception is also at the beach.

I still have 4 days to look for my outfit for these two events. On the debut, the theme is vintage and on the wedding, they requested to come in White...

A treat from my previous team: Cowboy Grill

Last Saturday at work, i sat beside my previous team and were having laugh trip because of our 2 supervisors, ang kulit nila sobra and it ended up treating us to lunch...haha

Since i was with my previous team for almost 2 years, their supervisor include me in his treat to the team... He ordered food at Cowboy grill for our lunch and we ate it in our pantry. One of the agents also bought 2 tubs of ice cream.

Cleaning out our Closet...

Ive been doing this once a year and now decided to do it again. This week upon looking at my friend's site selling some of their stuff, i also decided to purge some of items that are no longer welcome in my wardrobe.

Last quarter of the year when i clean up my closet, most of our clothes that did not fit us anymore, all of it end up giving away to some of our relatives. I love cleaning out my closet because it gives way to new ones. Sulit is a great vehicle for selling but i want to use facebook or multiply to sell some of the better pieces i own and the one that im not using.. I will also use webs so that my officemate can see the things that im selling in the office.. Facebook and multiply are blocked in the office..

I spent half of the day overhauling our closet! haha..

Oh and today i finally ventured out to my local *ahem* online store and i realized that im starting to love it. I dont have aspirations of making tons of money for selling some items -  its just that i want to try what my friends are doing and eventually buy a new pieces for my baby.

Hubby is suggesting of buying goods when i/we travel. Since i love to shop and according to them ma-PR daw ako and this will help me on my new venture... Selling goods Online and in the office while working..haha...

New dish at Kenny Rogers

Last wednesday, hubby and I met at SM southmall after our office hours because we want to buy Tami new books from national bookstore. Tami kept on asking us if she can write on her school books and we told her that we will buy her books in SM.

We went directly to NBS to search for some Pre-school books like coloring book, english  and math books with activities and also the writing book so she can practice when she's at home. After buying some books and school supplies for tami, hubby told me that he want to try the new dish that he saw at Kenny Rogers and we go there after paying the goods that we bought.

Upon ordering our meals, the cashier told us that since they serve the meal fresh and hot, we need to wait at least 10 to 15 mins and we agreed to that since its our first time to try the dish...

I order the Schublig sausage meal paired with Java rice and 1 side dish of your choice. I chose the Mashed potato... The sausage is so juicy and i love that the sausage eaten with tartar sauce together with the rice. I dont like the mash potato here because the sauce is too bland when paired with the mash potato...

Hubby's order arrived next. The chicken fillet is juicy and so soft, you can eat it without the sauce...Hubby dont like the sauce...He got the Potato and cheese for his side dish and corn muffin, he also got an extra rice..hehe

Di naman obvious na gutom kami no? haha... We came from work and its our lunch.... Hubby dont consume all his softdrinks because he's so full already, since im on a diet, i drink water only..    

Kenny Rogers also offers Spicy dish like the Spicy Roast chicken and the Spicy Pasta. Will try it next time...

Samantha's 1st day in school

After the 1 week of workshop last May, i learned that Tami will be on the first section of the nursery in Camella school. I filed my leave for 2 days to accompany my daughter and also watch her on her first day. They are only 11 in their class.. All the parents were outside the classroom unless their child will be having tantrums and thats the time that the parent or guardian will be allowed inside the room. You can also watch them through the glass window of the room...

The teacher is teaching them some actions of the dance... And my baby is very active participating with the class..

This is the time when the teacher explain to them that its their time to have the snack, 15 mins break and after that, they have another 30 mins. playtime... The teachers assist the kids on preparing their snacks...

Here is the playroom beside the classroom. I like their room, lots of toys to play and for sure kids will enjoy their time here..

After 30 mins., the teachers taught them to fall in line going back to their room...

Tami is one of the tallest in nursery and im so glad that she's very active and enjoying the day..

I just hope that tami will not get bored as the days go by because she knows the lesson that the teacher taught them. I tried to show her the books that they are going to use for the whole year and ask her some questions and she knows all of them...

My chosen schools in Las Piñas area

My baby is now going to school. When you have a kid, you always want the best for them and one of them is the school. We want our child to learn, explore and excel... With me and with our area, i only have 3 private schools in my mind for my baby: Elizabeth Seton, Divine Light and Camella School.

Elizabeth Seton. Ive been eyeing this school for my daughter because of the quality and all my cousins studied here. My aunts pushed me to enroll tami here but the problem is its too far from our house, im a working mom and i cant attend to her school needs and the demand of time. I dont have fixed schedule and i cant commit with the time. As much as i want to but i dont have a choice but to disregard this school (just for now).

Divine Light. I also want this school because i heard its also advance like Seton but im not familiar with the environment. I chose this over Perpetual because hubby dont want Tami to enter Perpetual...

Camella. If i were to choose from Perpetual and Camella, ill go for Camella. Why? Hubby's niece and nephews goes here. I like this school because the ratio of the class is 12:1 (maximum of 15) and 3 pre-school teachers in a class and also airconditioned classrooms. Its also within our area and my in-laws can attend to tami's needs. Tuition fee is smaller from Perpetual.

Hubby and i decided to enroll Tami in Camella for her first year. We know that she can do it because she's smart even if were not teaching her. Then if she can ride the school bus alone and she's ready to go on her own, that's the time and plan to transfer her to Seton.

School needs...

Hubby and I went to SM Southmall to buy Tami's school shoes and we thought that her school year will start on June 15 but we were wrong and we are informed that it started yesterday (June 8). When we arrived in the mall, we separated to look for tami's needs, i went for the bag and socks section and hubby goes in the shoes section.

Before we went to SM, i know what socks im going to buy for Tami. I want Oshkosh for her because i like the fabric and its not so thick. Tami always use Oshkosh and Guess socks since she was a baby. Oshkosh offers package of 3pcs for only P174.75... Cheap right? Quality socks for a cheap price..

For her bag, i cant see a nice small bag for her, she didn't need a bag as big as a stroller because she's only nursery, the school provides them an envelope bag for their diary and 2 notebooks, books will remained on their classroom unless they have homework. I will go to landmark to look for small bags when i go to work tomorrow. For the meantime, she'll be using her Disney bag for her baon...

And now for the shoes, Hubby get Chicco for her rubber shoes and i learned that Chicco now offers leather collection for kids going to school and hubby choose the design.

The school requires the students to wear plain white rubber shoes for their friday schedule. When Tami saw her shoes, she immediately grab it, wear her socks and tried her shoes.

Hubby got the exact size for her. Galing! Would you believe that tami's feet size is the same with girls ages 5 to 6? Well its not new because her Pedia told us that shes too big for her age...
