No Other Woman Movie

I know im late already but i guess its worth the post!

I would say that its really good movie to talk about because everyone can relate to this movie especially married couples because it showed how modern marriages evolved and how mistress or modern woman fight for their man because of love.

The characters played by Anne Curtis, Christine Reyes and Derek Ramsey suits their personality and they really portrayed the characters very well. If you think that the movie is heavy drama, well its not because there are lots of humor here that will make you laugh.

And here are some of my favorite lines from the characters (in ramdom orders):

Carmi Martin (as Christine Reyes Mom):

• Kung ahas sya, mas ahas ako! Tahimik pero kapag kinanti nanunuklaw!
• Ganyan talaga pag galing sa makating dikya, nagmamarka. (referring to Derek's chikinini)
• Ang mundo ay parang isang malaking Quiapo, maraming snatcher. Maagawan ka kaya lumaban ka!
• Panahon na para i-pack up yang si Lucy Torres. Ilabas mo na dyan si Gretchen Barretto. Sabi nga sa Magkaribal, "You want war, ill give you war". Anak ako nang bahala sa Red Stiletto mo! (Wow! every mom should be like Carmi Martin hehe)
• Pare-pareho lang mga puta yun, yung putang mayaman original ang hermes, and mahirap binili lang sa greenhills. Winner ang line!

Anne Curtis (the heiress/seductive playgirl):

• I know the market because I am the market.
• No pressure. Just shut up and kiss me and don't you dare fall in love with me. (ganyan talaga mga dialog ng playgirl hehe)
• Im not a mistress. I never was and I never will be one.
• Buti pinapasok ka dito sa resort.. bawal kasi ang ugaling squatter dito eh..
• You can call me anything: a snake, a bitch, an other woman. But i will never be a pathetic, boring housewife.
• Gagawin ko ang lahat, wag mo lang akong iwan.. (Hay.. ganyan talaga ang words ng mga desperate)
• Ano ang gagawin nyo if the only man you love is unfortunately married? Im not gonna give up Ram without putting a goddamm fight! 

Christine Reyes (Derek's boring housewife):

• Why don't you have dinner with us.. pa-thank you ko na rin dahil kinuha mo asawa ko... bilang furniture supplier sa resort nyo.
• Baka makita mo pang nilalagyan ko ng lason ang pagkain mo. Joke lang.. Medyo off yung humor ko lately...
• The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Pero sa ganda mong yan, siguradong marami kang alam na shortcut.
• Mababaliw siguro ko pag nalaman kong may babae sya. Baka mapatay ko yung kabit. Silang dalawa, actually.
• Alam mo ba ang tawag sa mang-aagaw ng asawa? Ahas! Bikini mo ba yan o balat mo?
• Alam mo kasi ang marriage parang exclusive village. Kailangan mong bantayan para hindi makapasok ang mga squatters..
• Hindi ako to! Pero ginagawa ko to para sayo!

Saleslady:

• Mam, marami pa po kaming stock ng bag na yan. (referring to Anne and Christine while exchanging words)

Kitkat (Christine's friend)

• May pa-party ba si Barney at hindi ako invited? (when she saw Anne wearing the same color with Christine in the mall)

While in the bus, hubby and I are making jokes with each other like:

Me: Kung saken nangyari yun, hindi na ko makikipag-away ibibigay na kita sa babae mo.. Di ka kawalan sken. (choz!)

Hubby: Talaga lang ha...

Me: Marunong na kong magluto, ano pang kulang Be?

Hubby: Marami...(joke lang daw)

Hubby: Kaya ayaw kong manood nito eh, kung anu-ano na naman sasabihin mo.. Alam ko naman na hindi ka kuntento sken eh.. 

Me: Weh? Di nga?

To end this post, the movie has a clear message.. 

Husbands always end with the wife and mistresses end up losers.. right?

I highly recommend this movie to couples... You should watch it together..
