I think this is worth blogging. Another long overdue post. hehe
Remember Tami's birthday? We had an advance birthday celebration in Mcdonalds and when its Tami's actual birthday (April 18) my mother-in-law cooked something for the family like Carbonara, Turbo Chicken and Barbecue and birthdays will not be complete without cake, right?
I went to Southmall then to buy the cake that hubby and i chose when we visited this bakery in Southmall few months ago. Cakes in Tous Les Jours were really cute... Let me show you what we've got:

The birthday cake
The cookie that has greetings was actually free at yung nakikita mo sa ibabaw ng cake is real belgian chocolate. According to the attendant, this is one of their bestsellers, nakalimutan ko lang yung name.. Basta may Belgian chocolate ang name.
Candles are free up to 5 pcs. I talked na lang with the manager if i can have an additional 1pc. kasi 6 yrs old na ang baby ko, Buti na lang pumayag sila.

The verdict:
For me, its good kasi its not too sweet though parang may liquor taste sya. The household including Tami didn't like it kasi sobrang moist daw pero para sakin ok naman sya..
I wanna try sana the Strawberry design pero mukang di na ulit mauulit to kasi di nila type :( Pero winner ang mga designs nila.
Price of the cakes ranges from P500 up to P1,500 depending on the design and flavor. The cake that i bought costs around P800++.
