angst to telcom company

my servicer cut my postpaid line! :(

I was just wondering why they cut my line? My postpaid line is P800 monthly and before, i used to consume more than P1k load and even reach to P3k pero di nila kina-cut yung line.. And now that my usage is P2,500 they suddenly cut my line. kainis!

Someone called me a while ago saying i had to pay at least P1,500 so i can continue using my line..heck! ayoko na nga sa servicer na yun. paiba-iba ang sinasabi ng cust service nila...maybe they need more training on how to handle customer! binagsakan ko nga! hehe
