Lola's 77th Birthday

Grabe 77 years old na pla si grandmudra and still kicking! haha

Yesterday, we all went to Laguna and headed to Tta Babes resthouse to celebrate grandmother's 77th birthday. Lola's birthday is on April 5 pa, we celebrate it as early as April 3 kasi may pasok on the day of her birthday. As early as 10am, we're there already and complete. From lola dely's family, Lola Vinyang alone and our family except for the Cantos family again and Kuya Bing who has work yesterday.

Tta Babes resthouse or the kubo is located in their 1 hectare lot in Laguna. We like to stay there because its really presko, the wind coming from the farm and bukid is so fresh. No need to use electric fan or aircon because its windy lalo na sa 2nd floor ng kubo. We call it kubo because its made of the materials in making kubo but im referring to a big kubo, parang house na din sa laki.

Anyway, when we arrive we stay first on Tta Babes house because Tami and my niece CJ played there.

After this, we went to the kubo because all of them are busy making kwentuhan. Tta Babes house and the kubo is just a 3-minutes walk away. Konting tumbling lang andun ka na.

That was the only picture of the food na nakunan ko, im busy eating with my food. Super sarap ng Kare-Kare to the highest level... Even hubby said it.

After having lunch, the boys went upstairs to play Pusoy (card game) while drinking liquor.

The kids went to 1 of the rooms of the kubo to play.

The oldies stay on the ground to make kwentuhan. Since Kuya Bing is not present, Ate judy was the substitute for Kuya Bing as the bangka of the day. She's also funny when its comes to kwentuhan. Walang ginawa ang mga Kapamilya kundi tumawa ng tumawa.

One of the cakes, Tami was looking for the candle because she wants to blow it. So sad that Red Ribbon forgot to include the birthday candle.

Forever 21 at SM Makati!

Good news to shopaholic like me!

FOREVER21 is now in Makati. The store will open on April 8 at SM Makati. Isn't it good news? Since im living from the South of Metro, it is now nearer to us compared to SM Megamall which has the first branch of Forever 21 here in the Philippines. Hoping that they will also branch out here in the South. Can't wait :)

Shakey's Bunch of Lunch

My lola's birthday celebration will be tomorrow and we are scheduled to go in Laguna. Now, we decided not to cook for our lunch but instead go to the nearest pizza parlor because im craving for some pizza.

Shakey's is within our area so its not hard for us to go there. Its 10 minutes walk from our apartment. We just ordered 4 pcs Bunch of Lunch for all of us (Hubby, me, Tami and the yaya).

Bakit parang lumiliit ang servings ng Shakey's?

When i saw the servings, i am dismayed because the servings is small and the food is dry. Parang hindi bagong luto yung food. Sayang, love ko pa naman ang Shakey's Bunch of Lunch. Will try some other day kung ganun pa rin :)

After our lunch, we headed to our in-laws house for the discussion of tami's birthday. We stayed there until dinner.

I will end this post now because i need to sleep early for tomorrow's trip in Laguna. Goodnyt Peeps..
