3D2N CDO-Camiguin-Bukidnon Trip Series: Mallberry Suites Hotel in Cagayan De Oro

Our second day from our trip is Cagayan de Oro. We rode the ferry from Benoni Port (Camiguin) to Balingoan Port of CDO. It was the scariest ferry ride i ever had in my whole life and promise not to ride any ferry again :( Feeling ko that time mae-experience ko na ang ferry na tumaob sa sobrang lakas ng alon, para kong nasa duyan na sobrang lakas :(

Anyway, we had Mallberry Suites for our overnight stay in CDO. It is the best from all the reviews i read in Trip Advisor and other blogs. Hubby asked his cousin who resides in CDO of what hotel they can recommend. Mallberry Suites is their top choice because its new and the location is beside the Lim Ket Kai mall and walking distance to some bar and restaurants where we can hang-out at night.

Incase you're planning of staying in CDO, I recommend Mallbery Suites because of its location and its amenities. Rooms are clean (maybe because its new) and the people are so kind to give in to our requests :)

Tokyo Cafe, SM Southmall and Birthday Outfits

Last monday, Hubby and I went to Southmall after our office to buy something for us. We anticipated na konti lang ang tao sa mall because its still holiday and for sure nasa bakasyon pa ang mga tao. True enough kasi sobrang konti lang ng tao sa mall nung dumating kami, the sad thing is walang sale :(

First thing we did is to eat. We went to Tokyo Cafe because its the only restaurant in SM Southmall that we haven't tried. I already saw this cafe in Mall of Asia before but didnt have the chance to try because its either we ate in other restaurant or hindi lang namin feel that time.

Tokyo Cafe served good food. No wonder this restaurant was full when we arrived. Our early dinner costs P1,200++ but its all worth it. We are full from our meal and for sure we'll be back again next time.

From local brands, Bench and Lee has nice fit for fat like me. No need to look for branded goods because i learned to look for cheap and nice items. Di na ko tulad ng dati (ako na kasi ang nabili ng gamit ko ngaun hehe), i have my priorities now and that is my daughter.

 Paperdolls blouses for me from SM Department Store..

Ang gaganda pala ng blouses ng Paper Dolls. Mag-aabang ako ng sale next time. Do you have any idea kung ilang percent ang sale ng Paper Dolls sa Dept Store pag may sale? Each blouse costs P999 kasi hindi sale, pag sale kaya magkano na lang?

And my daughter's outfit for her birthday:

Jeans and Blouse from Peppermint

Its Kuya Bing's birthday gift to Tami. When we were in Southmall, he called me and ask kung nasan kami. Sakto naman na nasa SM kami and pinapunta nya kami sa Peppermint and let Tami choose what she want. At first Kuya Bing like the shorts na katerno nung blouse sa Mannequin kaya lang di pa pwedeng mag-shorts si Tami because of skin asthma, she has scars pa from skin asthma sa legs :(

Oye! Its payday and im on my halfday VL today. We'll go to Mcdonalds later to get the prize and giveaways so we can arranged the loots here in our house. Tami's excited already sa birthday nya! Ako hindi. hehe. Laki kasi ng gastos :(

Party Favors from Divisoria (Disney Princess theme)

I called Mcdonalds last week to know the giveaways for my daughter's birthday, its so sad that they only provide pen as the giveaways. Everyone pa naman look forward  to have something that they can take home aside from the food. hehe. I planned of going to Divisoria to buy party favors and it happened last weekend.

My officemate accompany me in Divisoria at around 4pm just to buy party favors. My cousins Kuya Bing and EJ went on a road trip kasi ang init daw sa bahay, instead of going somewhere they went na lang to Divisoria to help me bring the loots. After buying loots from Divisoria mall, i went alone in 168 mall to meet my cousins while my officemate went home.

I didn't have a hard time looking for party favors because Disney princess is scattered everywhere in Divisoria. This is just some of the loots that we bought in Divisoria that we're going to give on my daughter's party.

I also bought Thomas and friends for the boys.. Alangan naman princess din ang ibigay ko dba? Unless beki ang boy, yun baka matuwa pa kung princess ang matanggap nya :)

I didnt plan of buying this but i remember hubby's nephew na nagwala last year because he didn't receive yoyo from Tami's birthday. Now ill make sure that he'll receive one.

We really liked this lootbag. Pink for the girls and blue for the boys. The cloth is not that paper type so kahit mabasa sya maganda pa rin.

All in all, i spend P1,500 only for the party favors including the lootbags. I'll bought na lang some chips and candies in supermarket to add in the lootbags.

Shorts for Hubby

After meeting my cousins, we just went around and transfer in 999 mall where the car was parked. My cousin bought shorts in preparation for their Boracay trip, i also bought na rin shorts for hubby for our upcoming trip :)
