Which one to choose?

Sun Cellular called me last time telling me to renew one of our contracts on May 30, 2011. Excited as i am, i browsed the net which handsets are free on Plan 350 of Sun. With so many choices, i still dont know what to get. I have Samsung in mind because of the quality and they offer 3 units under the Plan 350, please help me choose.

I still have 4 more days to think which unit to get.

If youre a user of one of this phones, please do tell me the disadvantage of the unit... It will be a big help.
